ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We will accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).  We also will accept Paypal, money orders and personal/business checks.  Please  allow 10-14 business days for personal/business checks to clear.  We will not send out any products without a cleared payment.  Any questions, give us a call 800.916.9473.

PAY BY GE FINANCING
Apply online at the following link : APPLY NOW  Fill out all necessary fields. Once completed, you will be shown a approval/confirmation page, please save that page and print for your records. You must then call 800-916-9473 to place your order and pay with GE Financing. You will be asked to fax or e-mail a copy of the approval confirmation page and a copy of your drivers license. Once these 2 items are received, we will send you a copy of your financing sales invoice for you to REVIEW, SIGN and fax or e-mail it back to us. After these steps are complete we will then process your order for shipping. This form of payment is only for Toro Zero-Turns, Toro Lawnmowers, Toro Tractors, Toro Snowblowers and Toro Accessories. Estimated delivery will vary by product.

Upon receiving your check, your order will be held for 5-7 business days to allow time for check to clear. Once check has cleared, your order will be placed into processing and shipping and will ship to arrive to you within 5-10 business days. Some items may arrive prior to estimated delivery date. Most customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 5 business days or less. (This applies to in stock items)

Shipping Policies
"Free Shipping" Applies to the lower 48 states in the USA ONLY.  If you have any questions about shipping please call 800.916.9473. No Sales Tax Applies to 49 States. Tax will be charged to residents who live in the State of Illinois. If you are located outside US or in Hawaii or Alaska, please call us for a shipping quote. Free Shipping includes all orders over $200.00. Some items can not be shipped due to emission regulation or manufacturers policies.

Orders going to west coast via FREIGHT can take 5 to 10 days to arrive. Please make note of this when placing your order.

On most items we will pay the shipping excluding Hawaii & Alaska. For smaller accessories or parts the buyer will pay the shipping or the item will say otherwise.

Orders are processed Monday through Sunday, from 8AM to 6PM. Most orders received during this time are shipped within 24 hours or the next business day.
 

Orders are shipped via Fed-Ex or USPS depending on the amount and weight of the items being shipped. Some items are sent via Freight Line LTL (Fed-Ex Freight, ABF or Roadrunner) because of the weight of the item. All orders over 150 lbs will be shipped via Freight. Lift Gate service is recommended when shipping to a residence. This service will lower the unit to the ground upon delivery.

OVERNIGHT Shipments: Overnight shipments cannot be canceled. Note: Orders received after 2:00 pm (CST) will ship next business day.

Shipping Insurance: You may be required to select Shipping Insurance when placing an order with our company. It protects your order against loss or damage during shipping. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Rerouting
Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.

Signature and Physical Address
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. We do not ship to a post office box.

Package Un-Deliverable
An order will be considered "Un-Deliverable" if the all three of the following conditions are met:

1. The customer does not or cannot accept delivery
2. The package is undamaged
3. The shipping company makes reasonable attempt at delivery

If the shipment is "Un-Deliverable" we will return the package to our warehouse, cancel and refund the order minus a restocking fee of 15% to cover the cost of package re-consignment and shipping.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled or changed prior to shipping. If the order has already been shipped the return/exchange procedures apply. All cancellations/changes MUST BE DONE OVER THE PHONE. Email cancellations are not accepted.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
For all unused / non-damaged returned items in original condition, in original the packaging with all original documents within 30 days of original purchase date, there is a 15% restocking fee on the item price (15 percent fee does not apply to cost of shipping/insurance). For used / non-damaged returned items in original condition, in original packaging within 15 days from original purchase date, with all original documents, there is a 25% restocking fee on the item price (restocking fees do not apply to cost of shipping/insurance). Shipping & insurance charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all actual shipping & freight charges of shipping product to buyer and shipping product back. These charges can be detailed upon request. We, at Wise Equipment can assist in return shipping and arrangements. Refund will be provided to the buyer within 7-14 business days from receipt of item. Exchanges: There is no restocking fee on exchanged items, provided the item is unused, and in original condition with all applicable parts, packaging, manuals, etc.

Defective Equipment / Products

The repair or replacement / exchange of a defective or malfunctioning product must be handled through your local authorized dealer for the respective brand under their manufacturer’s warranty policy. Products cannot be shipped back to Wise Sales for any problem which is covered under warranty at a local service center.
