Ordered on Thursday, arrived on Tuesday. call support number was told "free Fedex ground" would be 5-7 business days. They beat that! Put in Oil & Gas...Fired right up. very quite. Although I'm hard of hearing I could talk normally witwith my wife standing next to both units running.
Needs oil fil attachment since oil fill is so small and close to edge. I don;t understand why at the price the sell at that the oiil fill attachment and a small bottle of oil (12.8 oz each unit) are not part of the honda price???? Appears to be water-tight plastic case. not sure a cover is required. (Posted on 5/23/12)

Runs my RV without any problems! My wife loves them and loves how quite they are! Don't look anywhere else! You won't find any lower prices and you can't beat the fast free shipping! I bought the Bergs tank for extended run time. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure I'll get great results! I might leave a follow up rating in 6-7 months when I've used them a few times. I got the best deal and prompt delivery from Wise. The generators are used with my ham radios as well as the travel trailer. The generators ran our Field day event for 25 hours straight, no shut down required with the 6 gallon extended run tank system. (Posted on 12/10/11)

These made my life easy - easier to pick up than an EU3000i, easy to start, easy to store easy to maintain. Literally unpacked them, added some oil per the instructions, added gas, pulled the rope a couple of times and they were running. After the first start, they are one pull starters. So quiet - my wife couldn't believe it. Typical Honda quality and I saved several hundred $ by buying from Wise. Local dealers refused to match the price so they lost a sale, and I doubt that I will ever need service.

I had the EU3000is running my 5th wheel and it would have difficulty running my AC and the TV n Coffee Maker. These little guys power through without issue. Though I miss the electric start, I don't miss tugging the 3000 around. These little guys are easy to load/unload and the little woman can even start them on the first pull. I especially like the fact that you can extend their run time with the bergs tank. (I think this is a must for the weekend RV'er) Anyways I think wisesales did a great job packaging them and shipping them quickly. Also I saved them some serious dough, 5 Stars All around. I am a Honda fan so it was a no brainer that I was looking to add a Honda Genny to my collection. Wise delivered my items quick and packaged the same as everyone else indicated. When they forgot two smaller items from my order they quickly sent them out to me. I was surprised to see that Honda didn't include complimentary oil for the Genny's. Once I p/u oil and some stabil for the fuel I was all set. I was impressed with how quiet and portable these lil guys are. All I need now is a transfer switch for the house.
