We bought the WAW34 from this site and it came crated. Easy to open and remove form crate. Prepped and ready to run, only needed to add gas and make a few adjustments to the height of the handles. The only thing that we have had a problem with is the front wheels on swivels. One of the tires actually came off the wheel at a customers site. After 30 minutes, the reinstalled tire & wheel are back together and we are rolling. Please check into a modification that allows the front wheels to be either a solid 1 piece design or stronger so as not to separate. Overall this machine has been a GREAT investment. It holds about 2 gallons. It saves us time on smaller yards (can fit through 36" gates) and larger acreage as well. It's ability to move over the tall grass and weeds and leave behind a great cut has been a great relief. Overall we rate a Double thumbs Up!! (Posted on 4/15/12)
