Initially worried about buying from WiseSales - their reviews weren't to good - but service was great. Delivered in less than a week. Machine is nice but probably a bit overrated for the high price tag compared to others with more features for far less $.
Pros: good starter; engine seems plenty strong; good build quality
Cons: light in the front end, unit wants to tip back; heated handles luke warm at best; tires slip easily; doesn't come with cord for electric start (what ? for this price!) (Posted on 1/22/12)

I have been looking for a snowblower for a few months and I couldnt take my eyes off this one. It has a 305cc engine and its great!! It also works great on the wet snow too. It also is very easy to turn and the chute turns great. We got lucky because we just got it 1 day before a big storm. I would definately recommend this machine to anyone thats looking for a snowblower!! Thanks to Wise for selling such a wonderful machine!! (Posted on 12/22/11)

This past winter we had about 2 ft of snow fall in about 24 hours and this machine blew snow like it was nobody's business! Easy to use and maneuver. I have a 3 car-wide driveway and with this machine it was cleared in no time. Highly recommend! (Posted on 12/14/11)

The Deluxe 30 snowblower is great! I'm easily able to clear my driveway AND plow through the lovely 3 tall berm/present the road graders leave me. My driveway is 4 cars wide and over one car deep. Couple this with the incline from the street to the garage, and it was a long, arduous process to clear snow with an older, smaller blower. I highly recommend this unit. (Posted on 12/12/11)

I got this blower in the middle of the toughest winter the Northeast has had in 10 years, and I am glad I did. The Ariens performed very well in deep and wet snow. It is well made and easy to set up. The engine is powerful enough for any conceivable application. It handles much more snow than my old MTD. The value was fine, and I am sure this blower will last for years. Better than shoveling! I wish the weights were standard equipment. It tends to climb instead of plowing through. Chute gets clogged with wet snow. Spray with silicone before using. Have to stop to engage or dis-engage axle. Very easy to start. Good range of speed, both forward and backwards for different operator capabilities. (Posted on 12/12/11)
