Last year I was in the market for a high quality self propelled mower to replace my old Ariens push mower which served me very well. I wanted to buy one locally and there is a TORO dealer here in Big Rapids. I read some reviews and visited the TORO website and came up with the 20092 TORO as my choice. Went to the dealer, got a good price so I bought it. It has been one of the BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENTS of any purchase I have ever made. The"Guaranteed To Start" is absolute B.S.. This piece of crap will NOT start without pulling off the air cleaner and hosing the carb down with starting fluid. Once it finally starts it does a good job, so this may be a Briggs and Stratton problem more so than TORO's. I wanted to buy an American made mower/engine combo, but I guess I'll have to get a Honda version? I have no complaints as far as my dealer is concerned they have tried to help me, so I will try something else from them.
